The editors of World Competition Law and Economics Review welcome submissions on the Digital Markets Act and the Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Both areas constitute game-changing developments for different areas of competition law and are therefore of the highest interest both for academics and practitioners. World Competition is a publication at the forefront of legal research and as such wishes to offer detailed insight into these novel instruments by monitoring their potential impact and provide its readers with detailed legal analysis.Topics of interest could include, but are not limited to, the interplay between competition law and the ex-ante regime introduced by the DMA, the cooperation between the Commission and NCAs under the DMA, the designation as Gatekeeper, the Foreign Subsidies Regulation balancing test and its operation, the burden of proof regarding distortions caused by foreign subsidies, or procedural aspects under the Implementing Regulation such as the obligation to notify subsidies. Nevertheless, all submissions relating to either area from a legal or economic perspective will be considered.Submissions can be sent to the editor-in-chief, José Rivas (email address: jose.rivas@wolterskluwer.com), and should adhere to the author guidelines of World Competition Law and Economics Review (see the Author Guidelines tab).
